I've been working in a professional setting for over 15 years landing jobs at some of the hardest organisations to get into like Google. I don't have a traditional approach to landing roles and I've come to see that there is a formula and system to it that anyone can learn and master. It's also much more enjoyable than sitting alone writing endless cover letters and applying to hundreds of jobs.
